Data Collectors

This section manages the processes that collect data from data sources. Get Job Failures, Get Successful Jobs. The only role with full access to this area is the ServiceNow administrator.  

Data Collectors is a core piece of JobR functionality that should not be changed or deleted unless instructed to do so by JobRSupport. 

If a user with the JobR admin role drills into Get Job Failures, the user can update the collection frequency. 

A ServiceNow admin can see more information and can change the attributes, but it should only be done in consultation with Biomni Support.
